2021 County Wide Survey
It is estimated in Norfolk there are over 30,000 people with sight loss. Vision Norfolk is here to support everyone with sight loss and visual impairment, no matter where they are on their journey. We want to ensure that we are reaching all of those that are in need of our services and support and, therefore, have developed a ‘County Wide Survey’, which we hope will enable us to understand more about the main issues facing adults in Norfolk living with visual impairment. This understanding will support the development of our services and activities and hopefully increase engagement.
We are really keen to hear your views and have tried to make this online survey as accessible as possible.
We, understand, however, that everyone has different requirements and so are able to provide the following options:
Click here, which will take you straight to the online survey, or
Please telephone our office on 01603 573000 for
- A telephone appointment where one of our colleagues will be able to ask you the questions and complete the survey over the telephone.
- A large print or braille copy which will be sent by post to you.
If you have any queries or wish to discuss anything about this survey please do give us a call.
We really do want to hear from you!
Once we have collated all of the responses, we will publish the results on this website.
Thank you very much for your interest and helping us to develop our services for people with visual impairment across Norfolk.
Will you be part of our user group?
Vision Norfolk would like to continue to learn from the knowledge and experience of those with visual impairment. We are therefore establishing a new User Group which, we hope, will provide an opportunity for the visually impaired across the county, those that use our services and participate in our activities to get involved in planning, decision making, delivery and evaluation.
We hope this will be of interest to you. If so, please fill in the below form and we will be in contact in due course.
