Tennis Sessions at East Anglia Tennis & Squash Club (EATSC) – Every Friday 4:30pm – 5:30pm
The popular weekly tennis sessions are back. Running every Friday from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the East Anglia Tennis & Squash Club (EATSC) on Lime Tree Road in Norwich. Each session costs £3, payable directly to the club on the day. These sessions are open to young people aged 7-18 and are suitable for both sighted and non-sighted participants.
Archery at Eaton Vale – Monday 28th October, 1:15pm – 2:30pm
Unleash your inner Robin Hood! Join us for an exhilarating archery session at Eaton Vale on 28th October. Aim high and hit the mark! This session is for ages 5+. This is being held at Eaton Value, Church Lane, Norwich, NR4 6NN.
Tenpin Bowling at Wellington Bowl – Tuesday 29th October, From 12:30pm
Roll into fun at our tenpin bowling event in Great Yarmouth. This is a joint session with the adults of Vision Norfolk! CYPF will have one lane and the adults will have another.
Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens – Wednesday 30th October, From 10:30am
Join us at Thrigby Hall on October 30th at 10:30am for an unforgettable wildlife adventure! Get up close with majestic big cats, playful primates, and more in a beautiful countryside setting. Filby Road, Thrigby, Great Yarmouth NR29 3DR.
Online Parents’ Forum – Thursday 14th November, 7pm – 8pm
This is a great opportunity for parents to connect, share experiences, and support one another in a welcoming and understanding environment. Whether you’re seeking advice, resources, or simply want to talk with others who understand your journey, this forum offers a safe space for open discussions. We look forward to seeing you there and continue to build a supportive community.
Christmas Train at Aylsham Station – Sunday 1st December
We are excited to invite you to the CYPF Christmas Train experience on Sunday 1st December at Aylsham Station! This magical 1-hour event includes festive treats, a 30-minute steam train ride, and a special visit to see Santa in his grotto. It’s a wonderful opportunity for children and families to embrace the holiday spirit and create lasting memories together. Spaces are limited. The train is also accessible for those using a wheelchair.
Children’s Christmas Party at the Norwich Hub – Saturday 14th December, 10am-2pm
We’re thrilled to invite you to Vision Norfolk’s CYPF Christmas Party at the Bradbury Activity Centre, Beckham Place, Norwich, NR3 3DZ. Join us for a day of festive fun, including an exciting performance by Captain Fantastic, a visit from Father Christmas, and a delicious lunch for everyone. It’s a great opportunity to celebrate the season with other families and create lasting memories. As spaces are limited, please RSVP as soon as possible. When responding, kindly let us know how many children will be attending and their ages. If you require disabled parking, please inform us in advance so we try to accommodate you. Feel free to reach out with any questions or dietary requirements.
Aladdin Panto at the Norwich Theatre Royal – Monday 30th December, From 2:30pm
Follow Aladdin, in Norwich Theatre Royal’s pantomime, as he dreams of finding love and making his fortune. Will it be that simple? The performance is on 30th December at 2.30pm. This is an audio described performance should your young person require it. A touch tour will happen before the performance but the time is yet to be confirmed.
Tickets are £36pp which includes a free essential companion ticket. I also have 4 wheelchair accessible seats that are priced at £33.50. If anyone would like to book tickets, please get in contact by the 12th August and we can reserve them for you. Payments must then be made to Vision Norfolk by the 9th September.
Circus Starr Show at the Marina Theatre – Friday 10th January, From 4:45pm and 7pm
We are thrilled to announce that we’ve received a generous donation of free tickets for Circus Starr. We have complimentary tickets for the 4:45 PM show on January 10th and for the 7:00 PM show that same evening. The event will be held at The Marina Theatre, The Marina, Lowestoft, NR32 1HH.
