Eye Clinic Liaison Officer (ECLO) service

From first diagnosis of sight loss, our ECLOs are here to help, offering practical information, emotional support, and guidance to prepare you for the challenges ahead.

Community Outreach service

Our friendly Community Outreach team offers emotional and practical support at home and in your local community – helping you to stay independent and confident in your day-to-day life.

Telefriends (telephone befriending service)

When you can’t visit us in person, our volunteer-led Telefriends service provides you with a free, friendly, and confidential listening ear.

Leisure and social activities

We bring people together for a wide range of educational, creative, cultural, sports and social activities, helping you to build confidence, learn new skills and connect with others.

Children, Young People, and Families (CYPF) service

Sight loss can affect people at any age, and we support children, young people, and their families. Our CYPF service, offers guidance, resources, and a welcoming community.

Equipment Centres

Explore the latest assistive technologies at our community hubs, where you can try a range of products to help you maintain independence – our experts will ensure you feel confident using them.

Supported Living at Hammond Court

Our accommodation at Hammond Court offers a warm, vibrant community where people with sight loss can live independently while enjoying the reassurance of on-site support.
