Photography Group

Norwich

The Viewfinders is a fortnightly photography group for people with a vision impairment. The first meeting in each month is an outdoor session, consisting of a photo shoot around Norwich or further afield. The second meeting in each month is an indoor session at the Vision Norfolk Norwich Hub. These usually consist of an indoor photo shoot as well as advice, help with photo editing and the chance to chat over coffee.

The group meets on the first and third Friday of each month from 1:30pm until 3:30pm. All sessions at the hub are free to attend. Outdoor sessions will only be charged if there are external expenses (for example if we get lunch while we’re out) but all efforts are made to keep these minimal and you will be informed of any possible costs before signing up for a trip.

Photography Exhibition!

We’re excited to share that the photography group has a special exhibition on display at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH)! All of the stunning photographs have been taken by our clients, showcasing their creativity, talent, and unique perspectives. Come along and experience the world through the eyes (and lenses) of our talented photographers. The photographs are displayed in cabinets along the corridor behind the Eye Clinic at NNUH. The exhibition went up at the end of October and will be on display until January 2026  — so there’s plenty of time to visit and be inspired!
