Join Melissa for a Soothing Sound Journey
Take some time to relax and unwind with Melissa from the Sound Sanctuary Norfolk, a professionally trained integral sound healing practitioner, who uses sound to support your health and wellbeing.
In this gentle and calming session, Melissa will guide you through a peaceful journey using sound as a tool to ease tension in the body and quieten the mind.
The session will begin with a friendly welcome and a clear explanation of what to expect, with time for any questions you may have. Then, you’ll simply listen as Melissa uses her voice to guide you through an easy breathing exercise and a short, gentle meditation.
During this time, Melissa will slowly begin to play the instruments. You’ll hear a variety of soothing instruments – such as singing bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion – each creating calming and comforting tones. These sounds are designed to help you feel present, and deeply relaxed.
The session lasts around 35 minutes, and many people say they leave feeling refreshed, peaceful, and more balanced. Afterwards, you’re welcome to enjoy a drink and have a chat or ask any questions.
This is a beautiful opportunity to rest, let go, and be held by the gently restorative power of sound.
Contra-indications: Not suitable for anyone with sound induced epilepsy, a severe mental health condition or 1st trimester of pregnancy.
