Vacancy at Hammond Court – Supported Living for People with Sight Loss

We currently have two one-bedroom flats available, each with a small private patio, within Hammond Court – a purpose-built supported living scheme for blind and vision-impaired adults.

Hammond Court offers independent living in a safe, accessible environment, designed specifically to meet the needs of people with sight loss. Residents live in their own self-contained flats, with the reassurance of a part-time on-site warden who provides welfare checks, practical support, and help accessing services when needed.

Each flat is thoughtfully designed to promote independence and confidence, with accessible layouts and features tailored for vision-impaired residents. The scheme also offers opportunities for social interaction within a friendly and supportive community.

Rent: £178 per week
(Inclusive of water, gas, and service charges. Rent is subject to an annual increase each April in line with inflation.)
