Stretch and relax at one of our yoga sessions. These sessions are designed to be accessible for people living with sight loss and support is available as required.

Recent research by RNIB (2024) found that adults with sight loss are five times more likely to report poor health compared with those without sight loss. We offer free, accessible gentle exercise sessions where people can take the first step towards wellness in a friendly, low pressure environment.

Great Yarmouth

Join our relaxed yoga sessions in Great Yarmouth. We are working with Georgina
Huggins, a yoga therapist and teacher. All are welcome, no previous experience is required.

Sessions are on the first and third Wednesday of the month from 12:30pm until 1:30pm at the Great Yarmouth Hub, 12 Hall Quay, Great Yarmouth, NR30 1HP. It is free to take part but donations are welcome.

Norwich

Come stretch and relax with yoga. Sessions are designed to be accessible to all abilities and levels of experience. There is a seated class and a more advanced class available so please do not be put off if you are new to yoga.

Yoga sessions take place every Tuesday with a session from 1pm until 2pm and a session from 2:15pm until 3:15pm at the Vision Norfolk Norwich Hub,  Bradbury Activity Centre, Beckham Place, Edward Street, Norwich NR3 3DZ.
