We will be running a half day workshop with Thrive, a specialist charity that provides horticultural therapy projects. The workshop is designed to demonstrate how you can carry on gardening with sight loss, using different techniques, adaptations, tools and garden design. Come along and discover the physical, therapeutic and social benefits of gardening and being outside in nature.
There will be an opportunity to take part in activities and ask questions, All materials are provided and will be available for you to take home. Please bring a packed lunch, tea, coffee and cold drinks will be available.
The workshop is on Monday 22nd May from 10:30am until 3:30pm at the Bradbury Activity Centre, Beckham Place, Edward Street, Norwich NR3 3DZ.
