Remuneration: £15,018.00 per annum (£25,030 FTE per annum)
As our Part-time Volunteer Engagement Coordinator, you will have joint responsibility for our volunteer department. You will manage, motivate, inspire, and lead a team of dedicated volunteers to maintain the highest standards of quality and deliver innovative new initiatives which enhance the lives of vision impaired people and their family, friends and carers across Norfolk.
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and dedicated individual with a strong track record in volunteer management to work within the very heart of our team, and enable the charity to achieve even more for those that we are here to support.
The Part-time Volunteer Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for jointly leading and managing the performance of our volunteer team, ensuring effective use of resources whilst delivering and developing high quality services in accordance with our contractual commitments.
Due to the nature of the role, the post holder will be required to work flexibly to support their volunteers. This may require the post holder to work occasional evenings and weekends when appropriate.
